What is the Gala?
The Gala is Bentley’s largest event fundraiser, where parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends come to support the School by bidding on exciting items or participating in a live “Raise the Paddle” initiative to benefit our Financial Aid and Faculty Professional Development programs.

When and where is the Gala?
The Gala will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lafayette campus.

What do the proceeds of the Gala benefit?
All proceeds of this year’s Gala benefit both Financial Aid and Faculty Professional Development.

What is the cost of a general ticket to the Gala?
The cost to attend the Gala is $150 per person if you purchase by February 4th. Beginning February 5th, tickets will be $200. If you would like to sponsor a ticket for Faculty and Staff, you can Donate Here.

What is the attire?
Cocktail attire is appropriate.

Can I support the event even if I can’t attend?

Can I buy a ticket at the event?
Unfortunately, walk-ups are not allowed for this event because we need an accurate headcount for catering and other items. So be sure to get your tickets online early!

Where is parking?
Parking is available on campus on a first-come, first-served basis. There are VIP parking spots for guests who purchase some sponsorship packages.

What time does the Gala “really” start?
The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with a silent auction, cocktail reception, and entertainment. After the silent auction closes, we move into the gym where we will begin the official program and enjoy dinner and the live auction.

What time does the Gala usually end?
In most years, the official activities of the auction end by 9:30 PM. The Band will play until 11:00 PM.

Are children allowed?
We love kids; however, children are not allowed at this event. 

​​

Will there be music and dancing?
Yes! With Radio Gatsby in Club Phoenix (the Commons), there will surely be dancing and ballyhoo well into the evening.
